In addition to this bitter herb, the drink includes up to 35 species of plants, thanks to which its taste becomes special. The types of martini differ in both the grape variety and the composition of the herbs, which only an experienced person can recognize.

Different metals are added to the glass to give it a color from red, green to blue and azure, and they also use a new technology to burn different shades on the glass itself.
How to serve Martini
The first thing that gets attention is the martini glasses. To correctly recognize the bouquet of flavors and enjoy this wonderful drink, you should use cone-shaped glasses.
The stem of the glass should be long and thin. If there are no such glasses, then glasses intended for whiskey, which must be made of thick glass, will also work. To get great pleasure from drinking martini, it should be drunk in small sips.
Martini cocktails can be drunk through a straw. To convey all the beauty of color, the glass must be transparent and clean. Therefore, before the party, you will have to scrub all the dishes to a shine.
The second thing to pay attention to is the temperature of the drink. If you overcool or, conversely, serve the martini warm, then the guests will not appreciate the beauty of the taste of the selected vermouth. The drink should be served chilled to a temperature of 10-15 degrees. To achieve this temperature, ice cubes or frozen fruit are often added to martini glasses.
Martini serving time. The drink is usually served before meals to whet your appetite and quench your thirst.
If you prefer to drink bianco or another variety of vermouth in its original version, then you should know that olives, a slice of onion or lemon are served with it. At the same time, olives are strung on a special skewer. If this is not available, then for these purposes you can use an ordinary toothpick.
